About the role
We are hiring Servers to join our team, responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering questions, suggesting menu items, and accurately inputting orders into the POS system.
Responsibilities
- Preparing dishes for service
- Observing guests to anticipate needs
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Balancing bills
- Handling payments
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months' experience in retail or food service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Food handler permits and brand certifications may be required
Ideal candidates should be able to remember, recite, and promote menu items, work standing for long periods, and communicate effectively in English. A high school diploma is preferred.
