About the role

This role involves verifying patient information, obtaining authorizations for clinical care, and managing insurance and managed care coordination to ensure seamless patient services. You will provide high-quality customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers, address authorization issues, and resolve patient concerns. The position also includes supporting department operations, such as coverage for practice resources.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Epic, Excel, CPT, and ICD-10 codes.

Schedule
