Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate with the Residential Case Manager to deliver appropriate housing stability and support services for women experiencing chronic homelessness
• Ensure client needs are met
• Maintain safety and wellbeing of all 28 residents
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility
• Provide life skill classes
• Maintain client files and program data entry/maintenance
• Develop specialty areas including housing, employment, legal services, benefits, or others as indicated by program needs
• Apply expertise in mental health services

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related area or equivalent experience in human services
• One year of direct human service experience
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Works well as part of a team
• Complete program credentialing process, including criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire
• Willing to obtain first aid, automated external defibrillator, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications

Pay & Schedule

Two shifts available:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm-10pm: $19.29 - $20.00 per hour
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10pm-8am: $19.29 - $20.00 per hour + $1.00 more per hour for overnight

Starting pay based on experience.
