About the role
Happy Hearts ABA is seeking part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) to work with Indiana-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analytic services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate progress towards treatment goals
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support the child's development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Active BCBA certification
- LBA licensure for Indiana (if applicable, we can assist with the process)
- Maintain a clean background and drug screening
- Maintain a valid driver's license
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
Skills
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
