Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift

About the Role

The position involves assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs, developing and updating individualized care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring safe and timely delivery of nursing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Document assessments and care plans accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes using critical thinking and appropriate communication tools like SBARR.
• Maintain professionalism during crises.
• Assist with resident care activities.
• Participate in ongoing education to stay current with nursing best practices.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing education leading to RN licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Critical thinking skills and excellent communication.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and transfers.
• Prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity.
• Ability to manage documentation electronically and manually.

Pay

$29.39 - $48.20 per hour.
