Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift

Role Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will assess residents' health, develop and update personalized care plans, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families. Key Responsibilities Conduct accurate assessments of residents' health, educational, and environmental needs on admission and ongoing.Document assessments, care plans, and interventions thoroughly and promptly.Implement nursing interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and IV therapy safely and efficiently.Use critical thinking to monitor changes in residents' conditions, notify physicians using SBARR, and handle crises professionally.Ensure care delivery aligns with the care plan, identify problems, and participate in quality improvement processes (QAPI).Assist residents with activities of daily living, answer call lights, and support overall resident well-being.Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices through ongoing education and policy adherence. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid RN license.CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain within six months).Critical thinking, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents weighing over 200 lbs with proper techniques.Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and proficiency in electronic and manual documentation.
