Part Time Registered Nurse

Role: Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, and providing quality patient care to promote safety, satisfaction, and positive health outcomes. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Deliver direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.Evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient responses.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.Participate in quality improvement, safety programs, and evidence-based practice initiatives.Engage in patient and family education and discharge planning.Contribute to unit decision-making and team goals, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
