About the role

A Part-Time Registered Nurse in Home Health provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and revise care plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise patient care plans and coordinate with other health professionals
• Perform comprehensive assessments, document visits accurately, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure quality care
• Provide supervisory visits, instruct care staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff and participate in on-call rotations

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and at least 1 year of Home Health experience
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• CPR certification and ability to serve diverse home environments
