Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
• Respond quickly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and medications, translating complex information for understanding.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions and supervise care delivery.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN licensure with the appropriate licensing board.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.
