Part-Time Registered Nurse

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership and deliver professional nursing care focused on patient comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex info.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years; experienced RNs are exempt.
• Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; BLS certification required.
• PREFERRED: Master's in Nursing.
