Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and update care plans based on condition changes.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
- Implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team using strong communication and reasoning skills.
Requirements
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Preferred: one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification, either obtained upon hire or during orientation, with ongoing certification maintenance.

- Ability to interpret and implement departmental policies.
- Excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
- Strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills.
