Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluations
- Rewire care plans based on condition changes
- Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Ensure care aligns with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s)
- Active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- PREFERRED: Experience in skilled nursing
