The Stepdown Registered Nurse provides leadership in delivering professional nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions upon admission and regularly thereafter
- Perform and document ordered procedures and medications
- Respond promptly to patient needs
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or enrollment in a program to obtain one within five years
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
Qualifications
Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing.
