About the role
We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
- Performing procedures, monitoring, and documenting care accurately.
- Administering medications, monitoring responses, and responding to adverse effects.
- Providing exceptional patient care by addressing requests and anticipating needs.
- Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
Requirements
- BSN or enrolled in a BSN program with completion within 5 years; 10+ years of experience exempt.
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment.
- Communication and patient education skills.
