This role includes supervisory visits, caregiver training, and quality assurance responsibilities. The RN ensures that care provided is consistent with the client’s needs and adheres to regulatory and agency standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments of clients to develop person-centered care plansReview and update care plans regularly or as client conditions changePerform supervisory visits to clients’ homes to assess caregiver performance and ensure care plan complianceProvide guidance, support, and in-service training to caregiversDocument assessments, updates, and supervisory visits according to regulatory and agency requirementsCommunicate with clients, families, and agency staff to coordinate and adjust care as neededEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of practiceParticipate in quality assurance activities and assist with audits or surveys Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North CarolinaMinimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care or geriatric care preferred)Strong assessment and documentation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to supervise and support non-clinical staffDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visitsFamiliarity with state home care regulations and best practices Company Overview At One You Love Homecare, we're committed to enriching our clients' lives through compassionate, reliable, and personalized non-medical home care.
