About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role involves performing evaluations, assessments, developing care plans, and supervising resident care in alignment with the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and assessments of residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Supervise resident care in accordance with person-directed care principles
Requirements
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- Preferred experience in senior, skilled, or post-acute care (new graduates are welcome)
