About the Role

SE Weekender Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Progressive Care unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity cardiac nursing care, including continuous monitoring and rhythm interpretation.
• Manage complex medication regimens and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding their care and recovery processes.
• Support safe transitions of care to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience in cardiac care or critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a compassionate, diverse, and innovative work environment.
