Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform medical procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Respond swiftly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues effectively.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
Requirements
- RN licensure and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
