Provide professional nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions
- Perform ordered procedures and administer medications
- Monitor patient responses and document care
- Respond promptly to patient needs
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments
- Coordinate care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in a BSN program with a goal to obtain within 5 years
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
Candidates with 10+ years of experience are exempt from the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's in Nursing
