As a Part Time Night and Weekend Receptionist at Generation Kia Buick GMC, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and team members. You play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily administrative operations. Your friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail help ensure an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or calls the dealership. What You'll Be Doing The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to: Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrivalAnswer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departmentsLight data entry Assist with customer inquiries and provide general dealership informationCoordinate with Sales, Service, and Management teams to ensure smooth communication What We're Looking Fo Friendly, dependable, and customer-focusedStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentOrganized with strong attention to detailProficient with basic computer systems (email, scheduling, data entry)Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plusProfessional appearance and positive attitude are a must
