- Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant manner.
- Be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance.
- Aid in general office duties such as mail service, updating phone lists, and assisting other office positions as needed.
- Create daily pocket schedules, make signs for all shops, order supplies, and ensure they are kept stocked at all times.
- Assist in various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed.
- Complete basic mathematical equations and demonstrate multitasking, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Use Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Publisher, and Excel.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
