Part-Time Receptionist (Evenings and Weekends) - Lexus of Lincoln

Your Purpose

As a Receptionist, your purpose is to:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate departments or take thorough messages.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicate with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle. Customer service experience required.
