Part-Time Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator

About the role

Join The Charles Nedder Team in Greenwich, CT as a part-time, in-office Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator. This role focuses on nurturing relationships with past clients, current customers, and buyers and sellers who have already connected with our team. You’ll check in, share new property matches, and schedule or rebook appointments—without cold-calling or working nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with past clients, current customers, and prospective buyers/sellers who have previously interacted with our team (e.g., toured properties, requested information, or scheduled appointments).
• Check in regularly to understand their needs and progress.
• Reconnect clients with their assigned agent.
• Share new property listings that closely match their criteria.
• Schedule or rebook appointments when clients are ready to move forward.

Requirements

• Connecticut real estate license (or willingness to maintain an active license).
• Familiarity with Greenwich and Fairfield County communities.
• Naturally friendly, upbeat, and helpful demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy building relationships rather than making high-pressure sales calls.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented office environment.
