Part Time RBT Job in Olney

About the role

Ahead ABA is hiring an RBT for a new in‑home case in Olney, MD, working with a 13‑year‑old client. The family lives near Germantown (20878) and we only match you with a case less than 30 minutes from your home. This case is ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to a 13‑year‑old client in the home setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Use de‑escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors calmly and safely
• Support the client’s growth and skill development across daily routines
• Maintain accurate session data and communicate progress to the supervising BCBA

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• De‑escalation training
• Some hands‑on experience working with children or teens
• Reliable transportation to the client’s home
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
