Part-Time, In-Home RBT

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team for afternoon in-home coverage across various locations. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals to implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Transportation is required, as this schedule involves working in two locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data on observable client behavior
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide behavioral therapy in various settings
• Utilize medical terminology in documentation and communication
• Manage challenging behaviors effectively
• Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
• Background in behavioral health or related field
• Proficiency in data collection methods
• Understanding of care plans and their implementation
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care standards

Preferred Skills
