About the role
Help our kids grow while you learn their favorite games and develop your ABA skills. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) show up ready to help kids develop new skills through practice, patience, and play.
Responsibilities
- Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-home, in-school, or in-center
- Use play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach kids life skills
- Encourage big and small steps
- Connect in ways that are unique and fun
Requirements
- A heart for helping kids
- A calm, steady presence
- Eagerness & energy to play
- Curiosity and a willingness to improve your skills
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1 year of previous experience in ABA therapy
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Benefits
- Pay: $24-$28/hour
- Schedule: Part-time
- Full-Time availability possible
- Open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

- Case-by-case hours
