Pay: $25+/hour Schedule: Part-Time 12pm-7pm available Settings: Home, community, school, and/or clinic, depending on the assignment Clients: Children and young adults ages 2-21 Help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you'll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families. What you'll do Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessionsTeach skills through structured activities and playRecord accurate data so the clinical team can track each client's progressCommunicate with your BCBA, team members, and familiesAttend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training What we're looking for An interest in working with children and young adultsClear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment planReliable attendance for assigned sessionsExperience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome Interested in meaningful part-time work?
