RBT - Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assisting children in developing social and communication skills
• Addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Documenting progress and milestones
• Implementing behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of relevant experience such as child development, camp counseling, paraprofessional, behavioral interventionist, ABA therapist, or behavior technician
