Part Time Psych APRN

About the Role

Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) services as a 1099 independent contractor, providing psychiatric and medical evaluations, treatment, and prescribing duties for Calusa Recovery clients.

Responsibilities

• Submit credentialing documentation for verification and onboarding, including all licensure-related documents.
• Include required documentation in the initial licensure application for the appropriate agency.
• Attend annual QAPI meetings and serve on the interdisciplinary treatment team, consulting with onsite clinical and medical staff as needed.
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring visits, and basic medical visits for clients.
• Document all notes and observations of patients and submit them directly to the supervising Physician.
• Operate under the sole and direct supervision of the Physician.

Requirements

• Responsibility for providing workers’ compensation insurance for any employees hired under this agreement, including proof of coverage upon request.
• Obtain and maintain comprehensive liability insurance and malpractice coverage for all actions related to this agreement.

Pay

Hourly rate is negotiated based on experience and flexibility. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
