Part Time Program Manager - South Bay *sign on BONUS
About the role
Right At School is seeking mission-driven individuals to join our team. Candidates must be hired and become an SBUSD Right At School team member by Friday, July 10 and remain actively employed and in good standing through September 25 to receive a $250 bonus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
- Develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
- Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
- Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events
- Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork
Requirements
- Prior experience supervising others
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
- Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
- Meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician)

Pay
Pay Range: Between $24-$27/hour (dependent on experience and education)
Schedule
Employees expected to start in July 22nd for live training. Schedule: 6:30 am to 8:00 am & 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
