Position Overview
The Clinical Manager serves as the senior clinical leader of the South Bay branch and is responsible for the overall performance of clinical operations. This role oversees clinical staff and collaborates with Intake, Scheduling, QA, and administrative support to ensure efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and achievement of established branch goals. The Clinical Manager is expected to foster accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence while supporting a positive and high-performing team culture.
Core Responsibilities
Oversee the daily clinical operations of the South Bay branch
Ensure high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes
Monitor clinician productivity, utilization, and performance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop clinical staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Manage clinical escalations, complaints, and service recovery
Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Oversee quality improvement initiatives and clinical documentation standards
Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective action when needed
Promote compliance with agency policies and best practices
Collaborate with clinical staff, Intake, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, and administrative teams to support to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care
Monitor staffing needs and clinician utilization
Support branch growth while maintaining exceptional clinical standards
Promote effective communication across departments to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
Active California RN license (required)
Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience
Home health experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical operations
Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive performance
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Compensation & Benefits
$165,000–$190,000 annually, commensurate with experience
If eligible, a performance-based bonus tied to branch metrics after completing three months of employment and a full calendar quarter
