About the role

This position supports live music events by handling ticketing, artist logistics, and stage production tasks in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events
• Perform various errands associated with talent and production, maintaining strict confidentiality
• Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to artists
• Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
• Assist with stage production tasks including show pass and guest list distribution
• Support Green Room Server with artist needs
• Perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to venue policy
• Navigate the local region to locate restaurants, stores, music stores, and attractions
• Maintain venue safety and sanitation standards
• Stay informed about all music, promotional, or special events at the venue
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Properly working automobile with proof of insurance
• Exceptional driving record
• Knowledge of touring or stage production operations
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper techniques
• Ability to sit, stand, and work on your feet for extended periods both indoors and outdoors
