About the role

TeamHealth seeks a quality-driven physician to join our post-acute care team in Brush, Colorado. This is a part-time opportunity (1 day/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Current physician license (State of CO) and DEA
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred, but not required; new grads welcome to apply
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
• Provide education on health management and preventive strategies to patients and families

Benefits

Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $46,000 to $56,000 annually and no cap on productivity income potential. Additional benefits include:
