Part-Time Porter: Orange County Florida

About the role

Equity Maintenance Group (EMG) is an Florida based property/facilities maintenance company. Our company seeks to provide environmentally friendly, high caliber property and facilities maintenance at a reasonable price. Candidates should have a proven track record of being reliable, honest and hard working. Looking for a full-time porter. Flexible schedule with the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, Saturday, Sunday, both or neither. Hours are flexible.

Job Duties

• General grounds keeping.
  • Trash pickup
  • Emptying out trash cans
  • Disposal of bulk trash
  • Window cleaning
  • Blowing sidewalks
  • Dusting windows, overhangs and fixtures.
  • Disposing of trash in medians, driveways and common areas.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or tenant through inspection report form

Qualifications

• Prior Porter, Custodial, and Janitorial experience required
• Adhere to safety at all times
• Attention to detail
• Must be reliable

Requirements

• Must be able to work outside
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
