About the role
Equity Maintenance Group (EMG) is actively seeking a part-time Porter to work in the Hillsborough/Pinellas market.
Job Duties
- General grounds keeping.
- Trash pickup
- Emptying out trash cans
- Disposal of bulk trash
- Window cleaning
- Blowing sidewalks
- Dusting windows, overhangs and fixtures.
- Disposing of trash in medians, driveways and common areas.
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or tenant through inspection report form
Qualifications
- Prior Porter, Custodial, and Janitorial experience required
- Adhere to safety at all times
- Attention to detail
- Must be reliable
Requirements
- Must be able to work outside
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Pay
$12.00 /hour
