About the role

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team and support our mission of caring for people's loved ones.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Develop and implement appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and correct administration
• Plan for and provide resident, family, and caregiver education

Requirements

• Hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
• Organize assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
