We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting: - Intro: "Partner with us in making a positive change! Join a team where your work truly matters. We're proud to have been certified as a Great Place to Work for 8 years by our own employees. We invite you to partner with us in our mission to improve mental healthcare." This is about the organization; could be "About the role" or maybe "About the team". We can put under "About the role" as prose. - Job Title: Part-Time Recovery Counselor (we must not repeat as heading). Division/Program: Fresno CRT Program. Starting Compensation: 19.08 - 21.08 USD Per Hour. Working Location: Fresno, CA. Working Hours/Shift: Part Time Every Friday and Saturday PM shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm. - "Why Join Our Team?" then bullet points: Competitive Compensation: Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience. Generous Time Off: Enjoy ample vacation and holiday pay. Comprehensive Benefits Package Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional voluntary benefits to support your lifestyle. Professional Growth Opportunities On-the-job training with access to paid CEU opportunities. Career development programs designed to help you grow. Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals (where applicable). Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication. - Education: What you bring to SBHG: High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED, HiSET) required. Associate degree in a social science field preferred. - Experience: Six (6) months of direct care experience in a mental health setting preferred. (A non-professional, consumer-directed internship may be substituted.) - Certifications & Licensure: Valid CPR, First Aid, and ProAct certifications are required within 30 days of employment. Valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria preferred. - How You Will Make a Difference: description of duties. - Division/Program Overview: Population Served: Serving adults, ages 18-59 Facility & Setting: 24/7 inpatient voluntary program, 16-bed facility Clinical Services: Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services Length of Stay: 30 day stay Skills & Services: Pre-vocational or vocational counseling and medication evaluation and support services. - Learn more about SBHG at: https://www.starsinc.com/stars-inc/ (maybe we can include as a link in About the role? It's not boilerplate; it's a link to learn more. Could be included.) - For Additional Information: CencalJobs@Starsinc.com (contact email). Might be considered application instruction? It's contact info; maybe we keep as a short paragraph? The instruction says remove application instructions. This is contact email for additional information; could be considered not application instruction but maybe we keep as a short p. However it's borderline. Safer to omit? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The email is likely for additional info, not strictly application instruction. Could keep as a short p under maybe "Contact". But we don't have a Contact section heading; we could embed in About the role as a sentence. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (or About the team): include intro paragraph, mission, Great Place to Work, maybe link to learn more, contact email. - Responsibilities: from "How You Will Make a Difference" and maybe also from Division/Program Overview? Actually responsibilities are the duties: assisting clients with daily living skills, monitoring attendance, encouraging participation, leading group activities, maintaining documentation, participating in treatment team meetings. Also maybe "Division/Program Overview" gives context but not duties. Could include that as part of About the role? Might be better to put under "About the role" the overview of program. - Requirements: Education, Experience, Certifications & Licensure. - Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? The spec says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only those with real content. We have Pay: Starting Compensation 19.08 - 21.08 USD Per Hour. That's specific, so we should include a Pay section. Schedule: Part Time Every Friday and Saturday PM shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm. That's specific, so include Schedule. Benefits: The "Why Join Our Team?" includes Competitive Compensation (but we already have Pay), Generous Time Off, Comprehensive Benefits Package (employer-paid medical, dental, vision), Additional voluntary benefits, Professional Growth Opportunities, Employee Recognition & Rewards. So we can create a Benefits section that includes time off, benefits, growth opportunities, recognition. Could also include "Competitive Compensation" but we already have Pay separate; maybe we keep Pay separate and Benefits includes other benefits. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can infer from duties: daily living skills, motivation, group leadership, documentation. But we should not invent. If no explicit skills list, we should not create a Skills section with filler. So omit Skills. Qualifications: Could be same as Requirements? Might be redundant. We could have Requirements (education, experience, certifications) and Qualifications (preferred qualifications like associate degree preferred, consumer-directed internship substitution, etc.) But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section that includes both required and preferred. Better: Use "Requirements" for required items (HS diploma, CPR/First Aid/ProAct, CA DL preferred? Actually CA DL preferred, not required). Use "Qualifications" for preferred items (associate degree, 6 months experience, etc.). But we need to ensure we have substantive content for each. Let's list: Required: - High School diploma or equivalent (required) - Valid CPR, First Aid, and ProAct certifications required within 30 days of employment. - (California Driver’s License preferred, not required) - Maybe nothing else. Preferred: - Associate degree in a social science field preferred. - Six (6) months of direct care experience in a mental health setting preferred. (non-professional consumer-directed internship may be substituted.) - Valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria preferred. Thus we can have Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). That seems reasonable. Now Benefits: we have Generous Time Off, Comprehensive Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision), Additional voluntary benefits, Professional Growth Opportunities (on-the-job training, paid CEU, career development, supervision for BBS hours), Employee Recognition & Rewards. Pay: Starting Compensation 19.08 - 21.08 USD Per Hour. Schedule: Part Time Every Friday and Saturday PM shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm. About the role: include intro, mission, Great Place to Work, link to learn more, maybe contact email. Responsibilities: from "How You Will Make a Difference" plus maybe also mention assisting clients with daily living skills etc. We could also include Division/Program Overview as part of About the role or Responsibilities? It describes population served, facility, clinical services, length of stay, skills/services. That's more about the program; could be under About the role. Let's craft. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Part-Time Recovery Counselor. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like "Learn more about SBHG at: ..."? That's not boilerplate; it's a link to learn more. Could keep. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

Schedule

Part‑time schedule: every Friday and Saturday, PM shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Check for any repeated content: We included "Competitive Compensation: Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience." from Why Join Our Team? We didn't include that explicitly; we have we? We omitted it because we have Pay section with specific range; the "competitive compensation" statement is generic; we could omit as it's filler. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". The phrase "Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience." is somewhat generic but not exactly placeholder; still we have actual pay range, so we can omit the generic statement. We included "Generous Time Off: Enjoy ample vacation and holiday pay." as benefit. We included "Comprehensive Benefits Package Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage." as benefit. We included "Additional
