Responsibilities

• Set the tone for our guests and members' first interaction by providing a high level of customer service.
• Keep the cart staging area, practice facilities, bag drop, bag room, and cart barn clean and always organized.
• Present golf carts in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring all systems (GPS) are on and running.
• Clean members' and guests' clubs and ensure they are put away properly in cars, bag drop, or bag room.
• Maintain communication with inside staff, first tee staff, and grounds crew as needed.
• Engage in friendly interactions with members and guests as they arrive and leave the property.

Requirements

• Preferred 2 years of resort/hotel experience.
• Previous reception and point-of-sale experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in golf.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passionate about golf and knowledgeable about our facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Pay

Compensation range: $15–$17 per hour.
