About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct physical therapy services under a licensed therapist's guidance
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and mobility
- Support patients with transfers, strengthening, and daily activities
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with care teams
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Current license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
