About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide patient-centered, hands-on care in a home health setting. You will deliver personalized physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety.
• Monitor patient progress and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

• PTA credential and current license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in home health is preferred.
