Part-Time Personal Care Assistant 3pm-11pm
Location: The Ashford Sturbridge • Part-time, 3 pm–11 pm
Hourly rate: $16/hr plus shift differential

Our exceptional Personal Care Assistants provide direct resident care and strive to give our residents worth and meaning by helping them thrive mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. You will work as part of a team that ensures residents have a comfortable and safe place to call home.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
- Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Answer call lights in a timely manner and respond to resident and/or family needs.
- Motivate and encourage resident involvement in activities.
- Assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions within the community.
- Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- CPR certified; Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.
- Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers, residents, family members, and peers.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Previous experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical (completed by our Nurse Practitioner), and background check.
