The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Review patient needs and conditions to ensure proper care.
• Analyze medical history, diagnostics, and current status to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepare medications and treatments for comprehensive patient management.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for effective care planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (required); bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (required), ideally in a clinical specialty.
• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
