Part-Time Emergency Department RN

About the role

Join our Emergency Department team as an RN, providing critical care in a high-volume, fast-paced environment serving diverse patients of all ages with complex cases such as cardiac emergencies, respiratory issues, and behavioral health concerns. Deliver rapid assessment, critical thinking, and compassionate care to emergency patients. Provide care for a wide range of conditions, from minor ailments to life-threatening emergencies. Utilize advanced technology and resources to ensure safe, efficient treatment. Contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering remarkable patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients quickly and effectively in a high-acuity setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive emergency care.
• Support patient well-being and safety through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of acute nursing experience required.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
