Part-Time Patient Care Technician

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) supports clinic operations under the supervision of healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive experience. Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining a safe, survey-ready environmentgreeting patients and answering questions following HIPAA guidelinesmanaging patient registration, verifying identity, collecting insurance and paymentsescort patients, obtain vital signs, patient history, and document in the EHRguiding waiting patients and managing clinic flowanswering phones, participating in off-site events, and preparing suppliesperforming specimen collection and reporting results as authorized Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred experience in healthcare, retail, or customer service, and knowledge of infection control are beneficial.
