Qualifications

• Possession of a master's degree in social work from a college or university approved by the Council of Social Work Education, plus two years' experience rendering professional social work services.
• Licenses and Certificates:
  • Possession of a license, issued by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners, as a Certified Social Worker is required at the time of appointment.
  • Some positions require possession of a LCSW-Clinical license issued by the Maryland Board of Social Workers at the time of appointment.

Preferred Qualifications

• LCSW-C with at least two years of experience with child and adolescent mental health services.
• Experience with project management.

Conditions of Employment

• Some positions may require satisfactory completion of County sponsored CPR and First Aid training.
