Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Affords clients assistance in completing necessary assessment forms/documents as needed.
  • Orients clients to program services.
  • Supervises and monitors clients' whereabouts and behaviors.
  • Provides feedback and support to clients.
  • Reports client issues to staff.
  • Assists with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned.
  • Assists with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
  • Assists with rounds of the facility.
  • Assists with follow up surveys and entering data.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A Medication Management Certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment is required.
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance are required.

Schedule

Part-time, 11p-7a, Sunday & Monday (Overnights)
