Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists clients in completion of necessary assessment forms/documents as needed.
- Orients clients to program services.
- Provides oversight and monitoring of clients’ whereabouts and behaviors.
- Offers clients feedback and support.
- Reports client issues to staff.
- Assists with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned.
- Assists with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
- Assists with rounds of the facility.
- Assists with follow up surveys and entering data.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A Medication Management Certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment is required.
- A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance are required.
Schedule
Part-Time Hours: Evenings (2p-10:30p), includes every other weekend and some holidays as well as on the men's unit if needed.Benefits
