Responsibilities
- Provide all residents with daily positive reinforcement, limit setting, and crisis intervention as necessary through direct supervision and interaction in the therapeutic milieu.
- Affords residents with implementation of treatment goals as specified in the individual treatment plan.
- Ensures nightly and morning routines of the residents are followed on a daily basis.
- Completes all required shift paperwork (daily logs, goals, Critical Incident Reports, etc).
- Completes overnight checklist.
- Performs general housekeeping duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a passion and interest for working with adults with significant mental health and substance abuse behaviors.
- This individual must have excellent writing, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills and must be able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Must have a clean, valid NYS driver’s license with 3 years driving experience.
Pay
The starting hourly pay rate is $19.70. In addition, overnight shifts have an additional differential of $2.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Friday-Sunday 10p-8am.
