Part-Time Overnight Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

- Respond to maintenance requests across the property in a timely manner - Perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and painting - Conduct overnight rounds to identify and address safety concerns or maintenance needs - Support and execute the preventive maintenance program for guestrooms, public spaces, and equipment - Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with special projects and repairs as assigned by the Chief Engineer

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work - Ability to work independently overnight and prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and safety awareness - A team player with a positive, guest-focused attitude - Reliable, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks - Previous maintenance or hospitality experience is a plus
