Part Time Overnight Grocery
About the role
Cub Duluth is seeking a part-time overnight grocery stocker to join their team. This role involves following stocking procedures such as load cutting and sorting, display building, ensuring product availability, and product rotation to maintain freshness.
Job Responsibilities
- Completes assignments in allotted time
- Handles product carefully to avoid damage
- Uses proper case cutting technique
- Ensures correct placement of stock
- Rotates and faces product
- Performs clean up of sales floor and back room
- Affords assistance with customer questions or requests
Job Requirements
- Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Memorization, reading, writing and math skills
- On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
- Good judgment for handling situations without immediate supervision
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
- Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age and older
Physical Requirements
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
Schedule
Variated weekly overnight shifts between 10:00PM - 6:00AM
